How to request it
Email cathycat3d@gmail.com from the address connected to your order or enquiry. Include your name, the email used, the request you want to make and any order number. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity.
What we can do
We can usually provide a copy of your information, correct inaccurate details or delete information that we no longer need. Some records must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes, and an order cannot be erased if doing so would prevent us meeting those obligations.
Response time
We aim to respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If a request is complex, we will explain any extension. There is normally no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
