Where we deliver
We deliver to UK addresses only. The delivery options and final cost for your postcode are shown at checkout, before you pay.
Production and dispatch
Ready-to-ship products and made-to-order products have different lead times. The product page and order confirmation will show the estimate that applies to your item. Custom projects begin only after you accept the quote and production time.
Tracking and delays
Where the chosen service provides tracking, we will share it after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a fixed date. Contact us if a parcel is late, damaged or appears lost so we can investigate with the carrier.
Mixed baskets
Orders with different production times are dispatched together when every item is ready. Allow the longest production time shown in your basket, then add the delivery transit time for your chosen service.
We will not replace the product with a different item or add unexpected charges without your agreement.
