Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Available postcodes, delivery options and the final cost will be confirmed at checkout.
Production and dispatch
Ready-to-ship products and made-to-order products have different lead times. The product page and order confirmation will show the estimate that applies to your item. Custom projects begin only after you accept the quote and production time.
Tracking and delays
Where the chosen service provides tracking, we will share it after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a fixed date. Contact us if a parcel is late, damaged or appears lost so we can investigate with the carrier.
Mixed baskets
If an order contains items with different lead times, we will explain whether they are sent together or separately before payment.
We will not replace the product with a different item or add unexpected charges without your agreement.
