Products, prices and availability
We describe products, personalisation options, materials and production times as accurately as we can. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and the estimated delivery window are shown before you place an order.
Made-to-order and custom pieces are only started after we have confirmed the specification and payment. A custom request is not an accepted order until CathyCat sends a written quote and you accept it.
Ordering and payment
You must check your order details before submitting it. Stripe processes card payments for us. We will email an order acknowledgement and, when the order is accepted, confirmation with the details you need to keep.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the UK only. The product page and checkout will show the applicable production and delivery estimate. If no different period has been agreed, goods should be delivered within 30 days of the contract being formed. See our shipping information.
Returns and legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. For most online goods, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving them and then return them within a further 14 days. Exceptions can include goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, unless faulty. See returns and refunds for the process.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where useful. We will work with you on the remedy required by UK consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when you order will apply to that order.
